In the photo are two welders of our company, Xu Dan and Zheng Zuoyue. They are welding the partitions of the water chamber of our company's Soma low-pressure heater project. Due to the special process requirements, two people entered the manhole flange of only 40 cm and operated horizontally.

 

Everyone knows that electric welding technology is our company's advantage project, and it is also an important process in equipment manufacturing and installation. We are proud that our company has many excellent welders. They are conscientious and highly skilled. They are the "masters" around us, but their hard work is rarely known.

 

In actual operation, the welding process requirements are very high. Welders are required to master various welding postures in flat, vertical, horizontal, and upright positions, as well as skillfully use various welding techniques. Welding in such manhole flanges is also common. The angle is tricky, the space is narrow and closed, and the head is almost close to the partition, which is very difficult to operate and extremely test patience. Even so, they can perform welding skills and complete welding operations in a small space.

Welders not only need good psychological quality and superb skill level, but also have a high risk factor. They are easily scalded and burned by high temperature; the arc light emitted by the splashing welding flower will stimulate the glasses. Therefore, you must wear thick protective clothing and a protective mask when working, and the whole person must be wrapped tightly. Whether it is hot summer or cold winter, it is necessary to work at high temperatures.

 

Every experienced old welder, his hands are covered with calluses or wounds, which are all tempered in the electric flint. All perfect welds are by no means luck made in one go, they are the realm that can only be reached by countless days and nights of study, research, and practice.
